Greenbelt's structure
Greenbelt Group Limited (Greenbelt) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Greenbelt Holdings Limited, and is the principal trading company of Greenbelt Holdings.
Greenbelt Holdings Limited - Registered office Abbotsford House Abbotsford Place Glasgow G5 9SS, registered in Scotland No 273733 is the holding company for the integrated group of businesses which together provide Greenbelt's land and property ownership and management services throughout the UK.
Greenhome Property Management Limited - provides management services for both residential and commercial properties.
Greenbelt Property Limited - owns all built property (as opposed to open space land) within the portfolio.
MG Contracting Limited - provides landscape implementation and management services to Greenbelt Group, Greenhome Property Management and also directly to Developers and other property managers.
Greenbelt Energy Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Greenbelt Holdings. Greenbelt Energy has a dual funtion in that it holds the majority of the facilitation fee managed land asset and also provides a vehicle to explore the opportunities of providing management services for renewable energy features designed into new developments; utilizing renewable energy sources such as biomass on existing Greenbelt land, creating and trading in heat and electricity, and carbon management.
