- assume planning responsibilities
- put in place secure arrangements to fulfil consents including requirements within Section 106, Section 75 and Article 40 Agreements
- provide feedback to planners on design and implementation
- provide tailored, sustainable solutions for each environment including drainage and management of water features
- Greenbelt will coordinate community feedback, seek to build a good working relationship with local communities and proactively assist in solving local issues
