We directly employ grounds maintenance, supervisory and management staff and engage (where practicable) locally based preferred contractors to undertake day to day maintenance services through Service Level Agreements(SLAs).
SLAs allow us to state, as a client, the standard of work expected of our partner contractors on each development and as a tool to measure performance. It is flexible enough to allow for tailored site specific variances and demonstrates the goodwill and commitment of both parties to exceed the base line obligations of site maintenance for the benefit of the homeowners.
Quality management
Given the volume of developments we are responsible for the throughout the UK, we are able to secure competitive rates which can be passed on to homeowners in terms of the Annual Management Charge payable by residents under our Greenspace Arrangement.
We are able to undertake maintenance contracts of any duration, from seasonal contract maintenance for our clients (normally as part of a future Greenspace arrangement site, through to our long term management of the areas within Greenbelt's ownership.
In addition to management of soft and hard landscaping (including car parking, roads and lighting), play areas, young and mature woodlands and SUDS, we have under our responsibility more specialist management regimes for SSSIs, stewardship schemes, listed structures, and pumping stations.
