Before you buy your home, you will receive an information leaflet outlining how Greenbelt will be involved in your development.
When you have settled into your home and before Greenbelt starts managing the greenbelt land, you will receive our detailed homeowner pack. It provides useful information about the service we will provide and the specific features we will be managing on your development.
You will also receive a plan highlighting the areas Greenbelt will be responsible for.
After Greenbelt has started managing the greenbelt land, you will receive an invoice from us for the Annual Management Change for the first 12 month period, which will give you details of the various payment methods available.
