how we do it

Each resident on our greenspace developments pays a share of the annual charge for the management and maintenance of the greenbelt land. 

The amount you and your neighbours will pay depends on several several factors such as:

  • what the greenbelt land on your development consists of
  • how many houses share this amenity
  • the standard of maintenance the developers and the local authority agree is needed.

Reference to the annual charge and our services are included in the deeds of your house.
