how to pay your bill
Payments can be made:
Direct Debit, by completing the direct debit mandate form which we send to you with your request for payment of the Annual management charge.
A signed and completed Direct Debit mandate has to be returned to us. We then forward this to your bank as evidence that you have authorised them to release payment/s to us.
We will forward you details of scheduled payments and dates prior to approaching your bank for payment.
Debit or Credit card. call our freephone number 0800 028 1749 and pay over the phone, or complete the debit or credit card payment slip on our new look bill and return it to us.
Debit card payments can be made using Maestro/Solo/Visa Electron/Visa Debit. There is no charge for debit card payments.
Credit card payments can be made using Mastercard/Visa. There is a £3.00 charge for credit card payments, which is added to your payment.
Cheque or postal order, made payable to ’Greenbelt Group Limited’. Please remember to include your nine digit reference number or the payment slip attached to our Request for Payment.
BACS (personal bank transfer). Payment in full can be made through your bank using the following details;

- Sort Code: 80-11-80
Please remember to include your nine digit reference number when you submit your payment.
Cash. We are happy to accept cash payments at our Head Office, and will provide a receipt following payment. We would not recommend that cash payments are forwarded to us using Royal Mail.
On line. We will shortly be introducing facilities to enable us to accept direct payments via our website. We will advise customers just as soon as this payment method becomes available. In the meantime you can register to pay future bills online.
Instalments If you elect to pay by Direct Debit we offer payment in 10, 4 or 1 instalments. If you pay by any other payment method the annual charge must be paid in one instalment.
