As a result of Greenbelt's complaint about The Herald publishing inaccurate, misleading, and damaging statements concerning the company, the Press Complaints Commission have supported Greenbelt and their judgement has now been published. This can be found at -

Alex Middleton, Greenbelt's Managing Director, said "I am obviously pleased that an independent body has supported our view that The Herald has treated us unfairly. I look forward to The Herald's managing editor meeting with us and to moving on from here".
